I have always been a fan of the Rolf Fish design and living here on the coast, why not? I was delighted to stumble upon All Things Crystal and find the glasses that I needed to replace. That was exciting and I quickly ordered what I needed. But the thing that put them at the top of my list was the excellent and friendly customer service. I received an ACTUAL telephone call concerning the order. This very nice person explained the situation, gave me a time line for filling the order and gave me options. It was refreshing speaking with a real person and not a computer generated voice. For this, I have recommended this business to several friends and will continue to have them take care of my orders in the future. And to put the icing on the cake, the order came earlier than expected. Now that's the kind of business I like to deal with! Thank you for keeping some things old school.
