I had previously reviewed the transaction at 3-stars due to a damaged edge and filmy substance (?) I called the company first thing Monday morning and Mr. Smodie took the call personally. He was both surprised and concerned about the issues, and said he would send out a replacement for the chipped glass right away. With that kind of customer service and such beautiful glasses, I would now rate the transaction and product 5 stars.
