Love this window crystal -- it was packaged very carefully and arrived with a pretty ribbon to hang it with. I especially like that it has its own hanger attached, so that it will hang straight in the window to get the most refraction.

Dear Sir: I have received this gorgeous ornament. It was packaged so well, that I don't think it could have bounced even once.
