As much as I would love to give you five stars based on a great experience I am left with giving you those five stars because of the way you handled things when I called to report that my piece arrived broken. I trust that you will make things right between us. I did return the piece to you in the original container so that you can see for yourself that the golden piece broke clean away from the crystal piece. I have every confidence that you will send me another tiger as a replacement very soon. I truly appreciate you answering your phone after hours to help me resolve this issue and look forward to ordering more pieces from you in the near future. Thank you for placing the customer first!
