One of our glasses (set of 4) arrived with a chip. I contacted customer service and they quickly sent out a replacement glass. I love the glasses and the great customer service. Sometime you need to have a problem with an order to see what kind of company this is. this company is great!

I LOVE the Double Old Fashioned Whiskey Glasses but was so disappointed to find one broken in the dishwasher this morning as i unloaded it! I have only had them a few months and was so sad to find one broken! I have the red and white wine glasses as well and love all of them. Is this typical? Now I need to and will buy more!!

I ordered 8 Rolf School of Fish glasses: 4 highball and 4 wine. One of the wine glasses arrived with imperfections in the stem and base. The glasses were packed very well and there was no damage to the box, so clearly a production issue. One email to Customer Care (with pictures attached) and a replacement glass is on its way — all within less than 24 hours. I highly recommend this company!

Great product!! 14 oz. measure size is technically correct, though a stretch. It measures 14 oz. only when filled all the way to the brim??!! Who would want to do that without risking spilling while handling the drink?? It would serve well if AllThingsCrystal make the glasses a bit longer/bigger (1/8” or so) to accommodate handling in real-life, real-time situations. Thank you.
