I did not see the actual item, so I cannot review the actual appearance. I buy crystal because I like the reflection of different colors and hues when light strikes it; but, as I said, I did not actually see this item, so I cannot judge that aspect. I did, however, see the item on Skype and it looked as portrayed in the ad. I can, however, testify to the fact that the service, including allowing me to add to the comment area after the item was ordered, and the rapid delivery of the product was fantastic. I will certainly keep All Things Crystal on my list of vendors.
