We are owners of a set of these Tears and Cheers wine glasses and knew they would be the perfect gift for friends. They are unique and beautiful, and particularly large, open glasses. We love the glasses. The product is high quality and the customer service superb. We ordered 8 red wine glasses and we received 7 red and 1 white. My husband called the company and they immediately sent out another red glass and said don't bother to return the white one. It was certainly a no hassle correction and is a great example of the customer service you can expect.
