Easy Returns and Exchange Policy


We pride ourselves on carrying high-quality items, and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. When you receive your order, please open it to be sure that what you ordered meets to your satisfaction. However if, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it full a full refund. Please call or email us with your order number and the ship-to name and we will provide you with instructions on our quick and easy return process. We'll also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error - please contact us immediately if this is the case.

All items must be returned in their original product packaging and in the condition they were received. We will not charge you with a re-stocking fee but you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We do recommend that you use a shipping carrier with a tracking shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages.

After we receive your package and inspect the items, we will issue a full refund in 3 to 5 business days to the original payment method you used whether it was a credit card, PayPal, or Google Checkout. Please allow adequate time for your banking institution to process the credit.

If you used a gift certificate to pay for your purchase, you will receive a merchandise credit. If you are returning a gift, the recipient may receive in-store credit or the gift giver may receive a refund to their original payment method.

If you'd rather replace or exchange the return for a different item, it's considered a new order and your original order credit card will be charged.

Holiday Returns: Orders placed between November 1 and December 31 will be excepted for returns according to the above guidelines until January 31.
