AllThingsCrystal.com ships the majority of the crystal figurines and jewelry we offer from our own warehouse near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We also deal with a number of different manufacturers and suppliers in order to provide you with a variety of the finest crystal products available. These vendors do some of the shipping for us and they use different shipping methods to ship their products.
Below is a breakdown of the products All Things Crystal ships and those products that are shipped by our venders. These products are listed by their item numbers and will help you determine their transit times. Just match the product item number with the corresponding manufacturer/supplier to see your delivery information.

Nearly all the figurines in this range are shipped out of our warehouse in Pennsylvania and we usually always ship same day.

Suppliers warehouse based in Pennsylvania.
Shipping Method: UPS Ground
East Coast: expect 2-5 day free ground delivery.
West Coast: expect 5-9 day free ground delivery.
Expedited or next day delivery is NOT available for products in this range.

Our warehouse is in Pennsylvania and we usually ship same day.

West Coast: expect 3-5 day free ground delivery.

Warehouse base in Pennsylvania.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST usually ship same day via FedEx Ground.
East Coast: expect 2-4 day free ground delivery.
West Coast: expect 4-6 day free ground delivery.

All Things Crystal:
As stated above we stock all the Preciosa figurine and jewelry (items #2001-4000) as well as the majority of (items #101-300) in our warehouse in Pennsylvania.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST usually ships same day but we do our best to ship all orders the same day.
We use USPS as our shipping method offering free shipping on all First Class mail and some Priority Mail Shipments.
USPS Express Mail Service is also available but does cost extra so please call for your real time shipping rate on the item you wish to expedite. USPS Express Mail Service is next day delivery in most locations or by 12:00PM the following day.
We can also use FedEx Next Day or UPS Next Day shipping methods if you wish providing real time next day shipping quotes.
